Account Executive

Morvil is seeking account professionals who display a motivated attitude as well as business acumen and a strong attention to detail. The Account Executive will oversee key client accounts and maintain, develop, foster and enhance client relationships by managing client marketing plans and individual projects, providing client recommendations, generating scopes of work/estimates, managing and monitoring project budgets, and assisting in the internal trafficking of client projects throughout the agency. The Account Executive will need to possess a strong understanding of digital media advertising, including display ads, mobile device apps and websites, video, social media, SEM and SEO, as well as traditional media such as print, broadcast and outdoor. We’re seeking an ambitious account professional who stays current on digital media trends, and displays a strong understanding of traditional marketing methods.

In addition to account and project management, the Account Executive will focus on new business development as well as maintaining current Morvil client relationships. This individual should demonstrate a passion for selling comprehensive digital and traditional advertising solutions through development of strategic marketing initiatives. The Account Executive will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities in a broad range of markets and growing market share by acquiring new clients and increasing share within the agency’s existing client base.

The Day to Day

  • Work as a client partner, learning each client’s individual business objectives and translating this knowledge throughout each project or campaign initiative.
  • Identify, understand, and problem solve the client’s marketing needs and develop marketing strategy and marketing plans.
  • Provide creative briefs for all new projects and assist in aggregating a detailed initiative to supply to the creative team.
  • Ability to be a problem solver, make decisions and think creatively, while collaborating with team members.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage many individual projects both for the agency and for the client.
  • Provide innovative and original solutions for clients that utilize industry trends and current techniques.
  • Be a strategic thinker on behalf of the client and the agency; proactively articulate ideas and solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative environment by offering other talents beyond client relations and sales to the team.
  • Provide creative input when necessary to communicate client established goals.
  • Developing new business plans and initiatives, including process for prospecting new business through networking opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Also assist with managing the RFP process for business opportunities as needed.
  • Selling and recommending digital and traditional marketing solutions that are unique to client needs.

The Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s in communications or marketing is preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing and/or sales experience with a digital or traditional agency is preferred.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of sales methodologies
  • Must have expert Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital media, market trends, print management, and lead generation.
  • Strong verbal, written, communications, problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative
  • Must be a confident, detail oriented, multi-tasker, and be self-motivated

Bonus Points

  • Strong working knowledge of digital media advertising, media buying, and social media management.
  • Has had hands-on experience in creative marketing.
  • Has worked for a digitally focused or technical agency.
  • Working knowledge of best print practices and process.
  • Has had prior PR experience.

Front-End Web Developer

Morvil Advertising + Design Group is seeking experienced and creative web developers with a background in UX/UI design to work closely with our team and clients to develop and deploy visually rich, highly usable websites. Candidates must be able to work in small- to medium-sized highly collaborative teams, understand client and designer needs, and use the latest Internet technologies to make those needs a reality. The winning candidate will be able to design/develop the concept, sitemap, and wireframes of a site; he or she will then take those assets and produce semantic, readable, well-documented front-end markup and code. Back-end development and prototyping software experience is a plus!


  • Interact closely with creative teams to fully understand client needs
  • Provide honest technical assessment of design concepts and user flow
  • Responsible for the creative solution behind website architecture and sitemap organization
  • Produce sitemaps and wireframes that establish the architectural vision of a project and communicate clearly
  • Strong understanding of website reflow and UX best practices
